Starting from 2.7.0 the device by default accepts only one socket connection because using 2x Z2M (or ZHA + Z2M) on one coordinator is not recommended. You can change this on the "Z2M and ZHA" page by option "Allow multi-threaded socket connection".
In any case, if you encounter problems with setups with two Z2M (or ZHA + Z2M) on one coordinator, we do not provide support for this because the Zigbee chip protocol is designed to work with only one host at a time
